what kind of dog should i get for my 13 yr old daughter she likes dogs that follow her around,small,cuddle,protective dog(when someones knock it barks,and she likes dogs when u could do somthing wit her hair...

I would recommend a West Highland White Terrier. Small, friendly but protective, good looking and not too demanding for exercise and grooming (they do need clipping every two to three months by a professional groomer (�35 a time or so). I personally do not agree with bows in hair etc as they can present a choking hazard.

Not small but Labradors are the kindest most protective dogs I have ever had. Ours used to come upi to my mum and pull on her sleeve to let her know my sister was awake in her crib. He also died protecting me from a group of dogs. I have had 5 labs and they were all superb

i would recomend a lab any day i have two at the moment and they have brought the whole family a lot of joy. they are so friendly, lovable and very loyal. i wouldnt have any thing else. a few people i know have had terrier breeds and they tend to nip and snarl!!! hope this helps

you must get her a tibetan spaniel. they are wonderful little dogs fun, active,loving,great with people and have hugh personalaties. if you can find one they are a must.
