backup cd

i have created a backup file for my laptop,how do i save it to a cd
when i put a cd in i get an option of nti cd maker, or burn a cd using windows media explorer, iam not ure which to use if any

If they both come up then I guess you can use either.

Why not do it using one, then the other, and see which you like best, then use that in future.

Sometimes using a computer is trial and error.
