SD card reader help!?

I was told that you if you get pictures over the internet or somehow you dont haev them on your camera or SD card, that you can buya card reader and save them to the card that way?..Is this true..and if so can somone please explain to me how to do it because all i can find out is how to put them on your computer from your camera, and i need them from my computer to my camera, can somone please help me!?

You can buy a card adaptor on e bay (cheap as chips) you put the sd card into it then it all slots into your computer in the usb port.
Then you go to my computer, open the card, it will be shown as a removable disk.(size the window as half of the visible screen).
Then open my computer again, ( in the other half of the screen) find the files you want in that window then click and drag them to the other window .

Bingo, they are on your card.
I just looked on e bay for you.
They are �1-99 plus �3 for postage.
I looked at item number 110038473493.
(it came up from search of "usb sd card reader")
I got a brand-new on on eBay ... less than �4 delivered ...works a dream ... accepts about 20+ types of card too ...
