March generalist

Just to let anybody know, if they've not already checked .. the March generalist has been available on-line since last evening. I have made a good start but stuck on two at present, will continue to try to dig-out these two answers, but not getting close to them at present and may need to look for assistance in due course! ;0)

i havent give answrs - for puffin I have given you a 'dictionary' of scottish words fro birds - save the site for future use - you still have to look thru the words of several birds

again - I have given you a Latin phrase glossary - there are many Latin Phrases listed - you have work to do ....

So scrolled back up and posted my first reply to you,realised I had to scroll down for any respose. Then ofcourse realised they weren't answers. Anyway I have got them all now.

JimJools - a few Abers are brilliant and know most / all answers to a Generalist puzzle.

The rest of us mortals have to grind through Google and favourite websites -

I do this xword entirely online - if you need any help re sites etc --- let me know, and if I can I will try to help.

Like you and most Abers, I find satisfaction in getting the answers myself - but it helps to build up a knowledge of useful websites

For some this puzzle is a race to be able to say - 'I have finished / nearly finished' - I keep out of the rushing around at the start, ignoring the early postings etc - preferring to take my own time and get satisfaction from finding the answers (as you too seem to)

I am not that good, so I see this puzzle as a marathon - not a sprint!

Thanks athenae I already had the Onelook Dictionaries and I have bookmarked the others for future ref. The latin one looks handy so does the scottish one, Jim is half scots but he was brought up in East London so doesn't know all the scottish sayings. :-)
