Mouth wash

this is a question someone asked me the other day.
now i thought the answer was an obvious one.
well it was to me.
but apparently its not as straightforward as i presumed.
so when youre using mouthwash do you gargle then spit it out?
someone told me they swallow.
thats disgusting surely.
can this do you any harm internally?

The question "spit or swallow" doesn't generally relate to mouthwash.
Certainly not a daily one, unless he's a very lucky boy.....

Joko, now that you mentioned the liver, I did not realize until a feww weeks ago that the average mouthwash contains about 24% alcohol!

perhaps you should take your friend to one side and have a chat about this situation, but dont sit too close her breath might smell, cos i dont think she uses mouthwash.
