Hi i was wondering whats the best way to lose weight, i have a bit of a belly but else where im quite slim i was just wondering whats a good way how i can get rid of this but not feel hungry all the time like i am doing.
Im try to go swimming 3 times a week and i was wondering whether i needed to do more exercise?

However, if you want to trim it a little, try lying on your back and doing about 30 sit-ups night and morning. It won't completely eliminaty the extra fat there but will help trim that area down.
Also try and reduce the amount of food you eat. Using a smaller plate often helps.
