My step daughter is getting married in two weeks, I am going tomorrow to get my hair cut, I never seem to get what I want so it is always a traumatic occasion, does anyone else have trouble with hairdressers.

Sorry to hear you dont enjoy the experience, we're quite nice really! :-)
You need to find one you like and stick to them. I have heard that as many people have a fear of hairdressers as dentists. Just do your best to try and explain what you want, thats the difficult bit, interpreting how you want it to look. All the best, good luck

ooo if i lived near Southport i would know stuff about the riverside and i would know that Broardbents is Beales now and that the Plough pub at the roundabout as you turn left for the coast road serves a great pint : ) (actually I worked in broardbents in 19?? to 19?? and my fave club was in Ainsdale and not Toad hall lol
Had to laugh at Dots reply. I have not been to the hairdressers for about 7 yrs. I have never done hairdressing but I cut my own hair and no it doesn't look too bad or at least that's what an ex hairdresser friend has told me. My daughter is getting married in June and I think it is time to get my hair cut properly but am really worried as to what they will do.
