How Many Abers

Any one else think that it might be interesting to know how many other people are on line using this site at any particular time. Some sites have a counter showing this.

While I think it would be very interesting and useful to know who else was browsing in any particular topic at any one time, I do feel that AB's urgent priority at the moment must be to get the Search facility working.....and also to improve it.

It might also be good to have a super dooper powerful counter that has this extended memory with the capacity to know who is actually onlione in more than one ID and using two or three open windows at the same time, or an even bigger capacity to note and record who is using an id that they have registered but are also registered with 15 other ids that give no clue to the id being a back up id of their normal one incase they get imposterered or zapped.

Can't see any problems with having a counter, but some AB'ers just might want to browse, without others knowing they're logged in - similar to the facility when on on msn.

Counter would be good, by page and by section would be good too. Don't think it would be workable to say who is actually browsing though.
