Please can some help me out??
I get the most awful PMT - i turn into this crazy bitch (most of the time i'm just a bitch lol!!!) Its to the point i cry at EVERYTHING, strat agrguments basically out of nothing, can get slighty violent (ie throwing things around, not hitting people or anything) Its to the point that both me and boyf dread my period coming.
I just cant seem to control it - its quite scary cuz i try so much to supress it and i just can't. Me and my bloke seem to have huge rows everytime i come on. Anyone else have this problem - any sugestions to resolve it?!!

For more on marking an answer as the "Best Answer", please visit our FAQ.I sympathise with you, I get it quite badly, although not like you, I just feel really sorry for myself and am convinced that my heart is breaking over any little thing that happens. Are you on the pill? I've been advised myself that going on it would help to decrease the personal low you feel beforehand.
As far as adivice for immediate affect, I know it's difficult because even though you know you only feel a certain way because of PMT, it doesn't really help because you're stull feeling it none the less. I suppose the best thing is to take timeout everytime you feel yourself getting overwrought to breath deeply and tell yourself it's all in your head! Not the easiest thing to do though.

I am on the Pill - i have been for 7 years the same one. Have thought about changing it or coming off it and getting a coil or something but last time i came off it for 2 months i had the wost acne!! I'm worried about it happening again - i know it sounds vain but onestly it was awful and painful!!
I may try to get some evening primrose of this is supposed to help - anything is worth a go at the minute!!!

Hey Nannon,
I used to suffer similar, go to the doctor they should be able to prescribe tablets that will help. I found I had two weeks a month of pmt (not every month) then a week of pain and I just could not take it any more. The pills I was given really helped. Give it a try xx

well that me all over, 45 and still a bitche during that time and yet WHY BLOKES are ignoring this problem or plays thick. Now i have been with old hubby for 24 years now and is always asking this stupid question WHAT is the matter with you and what s for tea or i have bought some chips and it is in the freezer.
We womens are working harder and longer hours these
days and get less rest and yet have to put up with some idiots around us.
The more we do the worst it will become with those mens .
time off should be given,have a duvet day, let your partner cooking,cleaning,shopping and dealing with the kids . when i feels uptight now i go to work but when i am home i want to be left ALONE and refuse to cook and the rest.
train your men.
