20a Disruptive girl angel left TV school (6,4) _R_N_E _I_L. Answer must be Grange Hill which is nearly an anagram of 'girl angel' except the 'H'. Where does the 'H' come from? Is it connected to 'left'. Thanks in anticipation derekaulton.

I make it grange hill. when you remove "girl angel" the letter H is left.

Meanwhile, I am stuck on 6d (beliefs of a Native American daughter). I have -E-E-

I have just realised what is the answer to 9d. It's Creed.

I had written "kilometer" for 8a and I now realise it should be spelt kilometre. That alters the whole thing. Doh!!
