I have tried in both Morrisons and Tesco for this bread with no success, does anyone know where I can buy this, or failing that I have a breadmaker can anyone give a tried and tested recipe for it using the breadmaker and I'll attempt to make some of my own.

Just found a recipe for tomato focaccia in my breadmaker book(panasonic)
yeast 3/4 tsp
strong white flour 400g
sugar 1tsp
salt 1tsp
passata 150ml
water 120ml
green pitted olives halved 50g
sundried tomatos, chopped 50g

last two in dispenser, if toms not in oil soak in water for 15 mins and drain. Bake Raisin for 4 hours timer not recommended.
Have not tried this I don't like olives or tomatoes so can't say what it tastes like
Try M&S, I bought one recently in my local store.
The wrights mix for the focaccia bread is really good.
If I remember rightly I found Foccacia bread in M&S food hall a while back.
And remeber, it's not just Italian bread, it;s Mark's & Spencers italian bread !!!
Waitrose - the best ever for interesting bread.

Thanks everyone, I shall try M & S tomorrow, failing that , the bread machine is ready to go :)
They sell it in sainsbury's.
If you have a "dough" programme on your breadmaker, use that & when it's ready, pop it on a baking tray (oiled), leave it to prove for about 20min & then press your flavourings on top (I like garlic & herbs). Bake in the oven @ Mk6 for about 20mins. Good luck!!
Hi, everyone - I must've been having a "senior moment" when I gave yesterday's answer! What I meant to say, was to use the pizza dough recipe in your breadmaker book & the go on from there! If you haven't got a recipe in your book, Jules, I'll post mine later today. Cheers.
Here's my recipe for Focaccia : (I've got a little measuring cup that takes 8fl oz, so am working on that)
1 cup water
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 cups of strong white breadflour
1 tablespoon dry yeast (that sounds like a lot, but believe me, it works)

Follow your bread machine instructions as to what order you put the ingredients in the pan & then set it to "dough" setting & start. When it's done, follow instructions I gave yesterday. Enjoy!! K xx
