I wanted a hamstercage for my daughter and the postage was going to be 10. I discovered that he was in Derby, down the road from us and so sent him a message asking if I could collect (this gave us the 10 postage as 10 extra to bid with!). He said yes, so I then bid and won. He then e-mailed me his mobile no and I rang him and arranged to collect the cage and paid cash. It was all OK, but then again I was on the other end of the deal and no-one was coming to my home. I'm sure you'll be fine, but make sure that you're not on your own when he collects the goods. He's probably enquiring so he dosen't bid if he can't collect.
