Don't go for the teardrop ones if you have a boobjob they have a tendancy to turn.

When I told my mum this she said, but surely the round ones will turn too - doesn't matter tho does it cos they're round lol

The round ones look so fake though,surely if the surgery is done properly they would stay put??? If they moved the surgeon would be honour bound to put them right free of charge unless it was a stated risk of the surgery.
I will never be able to afford it so its irrelevant anyway.:-(

I've been with a girl with implants and I fancy another one that I know. Don't think either would have been any less attractive without them but they are both a lot more confident with them so let them do it if you ask me. I know that one of them did have complications though, in fact the scarring on the other one's is quite noticeable too.
