Confusion Over M&S Advert

At the beginning, they show 5 models with their names on the screen, but in the advert one of the models from the beginning is missing, and there is a darkish skinned model instead! Any idea why?

Now I'm even more confused!! The link says the black girl is Noemie Lenoir but on the open shots it looks very much like a white blonde woman with her name under !!!!!!

Well - Naomie is very light skinned and wears a wig in the begnning of the ad - thats why her hair is blond at the begnning of the ad - she's been in the other ads and usually has the most beautiful long, dark brown corkscrew curly hair, she did shave her head for a movie recently and maybe it hasn't quite grown back - but then the last ad - when they were on a train had her with long hair (unless they were filmed out of time order) explaining why in this ad her hair is shorter.
