Sympathy for the Police
4 Answers
I see Thatchers Boot Boys are up in arms about a half of % less in their wages. I dont suppose the printers from the 1970s/80s & the Miners from the same period would have much sympathy with them, after all those people were fighting for their livleyhoods against a bitter & twisted PM who used the Police as an immoral battering ram.
Are their any of the lads from those days on line, let me know your take on it. Thanks

I agree with the sentiments you espouse, governments will always betray the people.
The truckers scabbed every strike you can think of, but when the fuel protesters stood around quietly they were fearful someone could get hurt. They were'nt so squeamish during the dockers strike etc.
An agreement is an agreement though so the Police do have a genuine grievance, although I'd have more sympathy for them if we could get these thief takers and ball breakers out of their cars or even just to turn up once in a while..
