delivery reports

I have sent a text to a t mobile phone from my virgin phone.

I haven't received a delivery report but I think that the user has his phone on...

Can this be explained?

Hi,

You need to set your text messaging delivery report on your mobile on because it think it has been set for off.

Go to your text messanging, and under its setting, turn its "delivery report" on.
