from IE, when I've never used it? They're popping up more frequently than ever, and right at this moment I have 4 things which start: CiD: Win a.... in the taskbar!

you can block pop ups from your toolbar

On your toolbar
- Click on tools
- Options
- Content
- Block pop-up windows.
