Someone with a netscape.net address has mailed me from Hong Kong which is GMT plus 8 time difference.However,the mail says minu 4 hours which puts it in the Caribbean area.. Could this be a fraud,or is there a logical reason for it ? Thank you to anyone who answers my query.

If I were to send you an e-mail it would appear to emanate from the UK, 'cos that's where my server is. However, the time stamp would show +2 hours, 'cos that's where my body is!
