8 oz puff pastry, mixed spice, 1-2 oz brown sugar, 3 0z seedless raisins, 2-3 cooking apples. The answer is the name of a British town or city.

From the ingredients I would say Apple Strudel except that's not the name of a town or city. Then similar ingredients suggest Banbury or Eccles Cakes, but without the apple - and currants instead of raisins.

Sorry, I'm not much help so I'll let someone more knowledgeable take over.

Possibly a variation of Banbury Apple Pie? That's the best I can come up with so far, sorry. See http://goto.glocalnet.net/recipezone/mainframe.htm for the recipe.

The ingrediants sound like an Eccles cake not sure if Eccles is a place though
Eccles is a place but Eccles cakes don't have apple in
