tried these options, but had no luck, when i try to do a completely clean install cannot get past the liscence agreementpage as when im asked to acceot by pressing f8 which is on front side of key, i cannot get it to accept and so cannot carry on with new installation. These p ups are not on every site page i visit however

Have you tried clearing your Internet Temporary Files and your Cookies? Try clearing them, then run ScanDisk (Start/Programs/Accesories/System Tools) to correct any errors that might be on your computer.

 

Also check to see if a new dialer has been added to your computer. Click on Tools and then Internet Options. Now click on the Connections tab. You should see a list of all the Dial-up settings. Check to ensure that your regular dial-up connection is still set as the default. If it isn't reset it as default then close Internet Explorer and kill your connection. You should now be able to open IE again with your default dialler.
