an abcess on the kidney when i was due to give birth to my son , so had double trouble going through labour , i was the skinniest person that ever walked out off maternity .

The attack of gout i had yesterday, which is just about settling down today is close - but by far the worst pain was sinusitis - I cried like a girl - never known pain like it.
