the estate agent , let's call them idiot 1, is alot more efficient than the solicitor, lets call them idiot 2, idiot 3, the surveyor, is in a class of his own

I've never had any dealings with estate agents Dot, i hope you manage to get things sorted out soon.

Psychick i remember the feeling well, walking back and forth at all hours trying to get the wee one to settle, just try and catch up on your sleep when you can, it will pass i know it doesn't seem like that at the mo, but it will xx
