Anyone tell me the name of the Guitarist who plays with Phil Collins a lot,the guy with a ginormous beard,looks a bit like something out of Lord of the Rings.

I think the guys name is Daryl Stuermer, even though his hair and beard are a lot shorter now.

I think the guy's name is Leland Sklar. He toured a lot with Phil Collins as his bass guitarist. Long grey hair and long grey beard.
