Here's what u can do. Put in a name in search (above) and case sensitive. then select Site instead of Web and search. Many post will come up, try with a few different names.

It will only search the topic you are in when you click search

Plus it will only search if their name is mentioned in the post. It doesn't search for posts by that user.
