Why wont IE Load?
5 Answers
I currently use Mozilla Firefox as my web browser, but have been trying to use Internet Explorer, however it will not load, just keeps saying "connecting" in the tabs, but it doesn't.
In the URL it has "http://runonce.msn.com/?v=msgrv75". Does anyone know what that means? It won't allow me to type anything or go into the options or anything, just has that blue spinning circle, as if it's trying to connect.

The program is designed to visit that page just once, hence the 'run once' in the URL.
For some reason, your Internet Explorer files have become corrupted and the program won't let you do anything else. (Indeed, given that it continually tries to connect, it won't even do that).
You've not stated which version of IE you're using, or what operating system you've got, but this might help:
