You must go to a family solicitor. You will get 15 mins of free advice then you can decide whether or not to continue with that solicitor. Failing that, go to the CAB. This is too big to cope with on your own and too big for any amateur on this site to deal with. If the house is in both names, I don't believe he can sell it without your signature but please get propert legal advice. I know it will cost (unless you are on benefits) but there is too much at stake here. Good luck
