Problem with SKY box.

A problem has recently developed with my SKY box which I don't seem able to fix.

All channels have perfect reception except for the UKTV channels. They break up badly and are unwatchable. However, all the +1 UKTV channels have a perfect picture.

Can anyone shed any light on this problem?

It could be unseasonal weather conditions. I get that problem on freeview. I had no signal on Sky+ yesterday for the Channel 4 Hollyoaks omnibus that I record for someone. It kept coming and going but it was ok on analogue.
I expect you've tried removing the plug for 2 minutes like Sky tell you.
