I have a friend who keeps getting my emails in the form of letters numbers and symbols(computer language?)does any one know why and if so what can I do so he gets them in English?

If it is, copy it and paste it into the answerbox here - it automatically puts it in to proper English

I have just gone on to Windows Vista on a new machine but transferred my Incredimail email file over,if I had to guess from reading?some of the symbols it is a crossover from my iwin games but I dont know if that is possible just that sometimes their name appears in the jumble.In answer to the other comment I dont know what wingdings are.

Why oh why does anyone use incredimail

anyhow that's your problem, incredimail sends mail in a daft format, email is meant to be sent as plain text only.

See if you can find a setting in incredimail to send your mails in plain text, but can't help you where the setting might be.

Best advice though would be ditch incredimail and use a proper email client that actually conforms to accepted standards for email
