Ceiling replacement in flat

Due to a leak from the flat above, the ceiling in the flat below below has to be replaced alongwith new acoustic and thermal insulation. Regarding fire regulations, what type of ceiling boarding has to be fitted. Can it just be plasterboard or does it have to be two layers , one being fire proofed?

Ask Buildersmate but I think it has to be either 12mm or double boarded....
I was a Site agent for 14 years. I cannot ever remember domestics needing double boarding for ceilings. Hospitals yes. There is nothing wrong with using fire board anyways up, expensive perhaps, but if you are not the bill payer. There are always exceptions to the rule. Check with the council.
