I think the answer to 38 is paw paw

To paw someone is to feel and then to do it again

Thank you all. I feel quite stupid over 38. It's obvious really isn't it?
Still not sure about 86 'though as Wampee isn't actually on a list the compilers have sent through. (Not that I have ever heard of it)
