i work as a care assistant i have a criminal record on my cbr can care standards put this in a contract & monitoring report for all staff to see

Patricia, anything concerning your personal details, such as what you earn, your qualifications and your criminal record, are a confidential matter between you and your employer. These details may need to be accessed by your line managers but nobody else. Your professional development progress similarly is a matter between you and management.
I'd say it's confidential save for those who need to know for practical purposes such as supervision depending on what the criminal record is.
