Problem in Excel

Can anyone tell me how I can add �500 to a row of figures in Excel say B16 to N16, I think it is something to do wuth Paste Special. All help greatly appreciated.

I spend most of my working hours on Excel spreadsheets and I can do it quite easily but I can't seem to explain it in writing! Lol

spotit3, No problem, like I said there are probably other ways of doing it and some may be easier but I'm not an excel expert.

If you want the total of the row ( B16 to N16 ) to be in O16 try the formula B16:N16,+500

Hope this helps
