My phone goes automatically to voicemail.

I have a new mobile phone, I haven't had one before. When it is dialled it goes straight to voicemail although it is switched on and charged. Please help.

Hi Maxie, they are all different but on my Nokia in the Menu there is one called Call Divert. You can choose to either have your phone ring or divert to voice mail. Dont know if this will help, but even if its not a Nokia, somewhere in the menu you should find something about diverting your calls. Regards, foxyferret

Quite right FF: and then select 'Cancel all Diverts".
