hi,had the daughter round for lunch and as the sun was out we were in the garden, I took my shirt off and she said my god my dads got aps,what the hell is aps girls didn't like to ask her

She must have meant 'abs', which is short for 'abdominals'. Basically she is saying you have muscle definition in your abs. She must have been suprised for her dad to have them! I would be if my dad had abs, which im 99% sure he hasn't (too much beer belly going on!)
