Now ordinarily I would have a nice bottle of wine, make something totally scrummy to eat, and go to bed disgustingly late. However, 5 days into a detox, feeling hitherto like a bag of poo (withdrawal symptoms), I have actually started to feel much better, and will not throw it all down the plug hole just yet.
So c'mon, make me jealous and tell me what fab things you are going to do, eat and drink this weekend....
