Need 02 Broadband number

My wireless box has not been working lately and I need to contact 02 about it. What is the right phone number to do this?

As far as I can work out, the correct number is 0800 230 0202.
As an aside - have you noticed than when you call for tech support they always mention contacting the website as an alternative to being on hold?

If you could go to the website you wouldnt need tech support surely!
