trying to locate a song from 1990-92 from a member from one of the indie bands at the time probably the manchester ones, it contains the lines "liberty and freedom.....",(searched on google -no luck) as far as i am aware it did not chart.
any ideas?

This could be "Free" by the Soup Dragons which got to No.5 in 1990.
