Well,I deal with this sort of thing on a daily basis, and I would guess he will be charged and co to court. But being a first offence it wont be prison, and he could well be referred to the YOTS.However,if this is a slippery slope for him and he intends getting into more trouble then it will all be taken into account and the punishment severe.
Revel, fair play to you for this mate. Where abouts in the legal system do you work?
yh should of been cautious, especially as he's from the london getto innit brapppp brappp he prob has the supposed excuse ready for when caught carrying a knife as he cant fight using fists knifes is how to do it
NM i live in london mate. Guess what, I'm also in the biggest, best organised and hardest gang in the country.
Sorry, that sounded boastful. It was meant as irony.
Im an Appropriate Adult, have been for 12 years.
Interesting innit, the deathly silence from trickze14.

How dare the victim standup! How dare he not lie down and take his beating like a man - just a few bruises and a bloody nose - is that all? Let off lightly!

And then to talk of actually punishing the cousin - outrageous! He at least deserves a scholarship to Oxford... given his performance

yh fanx for the comments, and the people who think their clever, can su*k their mums Ni*ples. All you people assume that 16 year olds are all hoodies and they all carry a knife, when you probably dont even know how its like to be a 16 year old nowadays. So dont go round thinking your so big now because your an adult and when you was 16 you got bullied everyday in school and cried your eyes out. is there anybody who can give advice in this post or is everybody going to be idiots and just waste their time!

thanks for the ones who answered my question, and for the others who think their all tough now because their and adult and when they was 16, got bullied all their life, can fu*k off. All you people think 16 year olds are hoodies and allcarry a knife, people like you make the situation worse, is their anybody who can give advice and not waste their own time like little children!
I think you'll find there were some informative answers amongst the opinions tricky.
I see where your cousin gets his temper....
"people like you make the situation worse"

Yep, we go about doing things like standing up on buses
I'd suggest a family trip to an anger management course.

best of luck.

ok thanks for your comments, hope you had fun wasting your precious time :D
Orig. poster,----,Don't think there is any need for you to get shirty with the majority of respondents on here--- you have the prob. a scumbag ,bit of a kid ,cousin not us.

If you don't like what people say , tough, simple stay off the site.
Go and suck my mums nipples??? That's awesome. Look kid, if you want to get into an insult match you will lose. That's fact.

As for the assumption that all 16 year olds carry knives, I know that is ***. Having worked in communitys on a voluntary basis providing support to 'wayward' kids I know that most kids are decent. However, I also know that if one of those kids started complaining about how much trouble he may get into cos he and his mates attacked an innocent man then I would tear him a new arrsehole.

I'm gonna answer another of your points. I wasn't bullied in school. In fact I quite enjoyed it. It was a good laugh. I don't think I'm 'big' cos I'm an adult. I think I'm big because the actions, decisions, roles and responsibilities I've had to make in life give me that right.

So, you're after advice. Well here's mine, tell your cousin to accept his punishment like a man, ensure that you never decide that it is acceptable to attack people for standing up on a bus, don't insult the people who you are asking for help.
Oh, and if you want to play with the big boys then make sure you're not still sucking your thumb!

Hope this helps. Laters loser!
