Sixties Jingle

I remember vaguely a jingle used by radio Caroline I think in the late sixties early seventies but also released as a single at the time that was basically instrumental though had some voices and had the noise of breaking glass in it. Any clues?

I remember Caroline's theme tune (Caroline, Caroline.....(goes on like that for ages)). That may be it. I'm not quite sure if its the one. The theme last for over 2 minutes. I wasn't around at the time (I'm 15!)
