does anyone have this phone?

Im thinking of getting ne, but on a previous Motorola, when i set the allarm on it, it would only go off in the morning if the phone was switched on, ie, left on overngiht, if i turned the phone off then the alarm wouldnt go off. Unlike the Nokia whereby even if the phone is turned off the alarm still works.

Can anyone cofirm that with the mororla v3 the alarm will or wont work if the phone is actually turned off

hubby has one of them, he loves it, u can pin lock everything on there, from message in box to phone book, yes the alarm does go off if it switched off, also if the phone is on silent the alarm goes off, the only time it has not gone off is when his bat has died.
