following a conversation with my 8 yr old niece yesterday we established that most of our family have a second toe that is bigger than our big toe ,are we in the minority here ? shouldnt the big toe be the biggest? socks off please.
No. Your apparent non conformity derives, as does that of 94.26% of the population, from the constriction of freedom of growth by the wearing of totally unsuitably shaped foot wear. Just look about you as you go about your daily business and see how badly 80%+ of people walk ...and then look carefully at their foot wear. Then come back and tell me I'm wrong!! God knows what will happen to the crippled population when the NHS brings in the proposed refusal to treat self inflicted conditions.
Same here! My second toe is bigger then my big toe. Apparently it means you should have been a ballerina! I watched Richard and Judy once and they were talking about toes and it means you're ambitious or something like that if you have a bigger second toe.
In my limited experience it is generally, but not always, a male/female thing. No doubt I will be inundated with exceptions but I have found that often women have second toes longer than the big toe, and most men don't. I hope this is suitably non-committal enough to distance myself from the inevitable!
Just to confuse things further, my second toes are not shorter or longer than my big toes, they are the same length - does that make me abnormal or just averagely intelligent/ambitious? Certainly wouldn't be a ballerina - I fall over too much....maybe they help with balance as well as the 'biggies'.
Wahey, I was gonna ask about this too my second toe is longer and I can't say I've ever felt the urge to be a ballerina...tho I would like to be that supple...
