I saw both in Essex. No flashing on the smaller one, seemed to be on the same path.
I also had a perfect view of both of them here in wiltshire.
Will the smaller one still be there tomorrow? I had my contact lenses in tonight and they aren't as good as my glasses so I only saw the Spacestation. I've become obsessed with it since I first read about it on here a few days ago. I've seen it every night since. It's not a spectacular sight in itself just amazing when you know what it is.
If anyone wants to ask anything about the ISS that isn't "Googleable" I have a good friend who works for NASA.
If the other one is the supply craft it's due to land in the atlantic on 6 sept I think.
Ooh answerprancer - we might take you up on that - my son's class are doing space as their topic this term and I am sure that they will come up with some unusual questions! This is why we were watching for it tonight, so he can tell the rest of the class what to look for.
Does it pass over again tonight, i am on night shift so i got all night to watch for it.
Ok Annie - just give me a shout when you need to. BTW he always says "no comment" when asked about extra terrestrials, so best not to go there!
Bloody hell. Forgot!!!!
8.25 and 10pm tomorrow then, tastymorsel!
moonraker - 23.07 tonight
