Not Receiving Texts

My wife's mobile can send a text but appears not to be receiving them. She can phone and receive calls OK. Any help greatfully welcome

phone on contract-'phone warehose' told me to contact O2-was sent out new sim card-was on with O2 again today as problem wasnt cured-they tell me it is'phone warehouse ' 2 morro fault of phone -so have to go to

My wife's phone had exactly the same problem BJS. It turned out to be a fault with the phone itself. We just had to throw it and buy a new one.

mine did that but added that my Inbox was full & delete texts to make room. hth

There's a text service number...if this gets changed you can't receive texts. Phone your operator and they will take you through it.

Suddenly her phone starting receiving texts again about 5pm today and 3 days of text came thro. Weird??
