It sounds a little unlikely, but I'm keen to see the answers.
Yes - Our weight does change through the day. Lighter in the morning and heavier in the evening.
there can be a difference of up to 5lbs. heavier later in the day
I always thought so as it's given as a reason or weighing yourself at the same time of the day when on systems like Weightwatchers.
What happens to our mass ... from an Einsteinian perspective ?
It's more to do with water. You loss fluid over night, throught the pores and through your breath.
when i used to go to diet club i was weighred in the evening. I worked on the principle that on my weigh in days, i could eat "Light" food (so for example a mars bar was og, only weighing 60 grammes but pasta not ok as it weighed more)
Yes we do - I always weigh in the mornings when we are at our lightest.
I am always around 3lbs heavier at bedtime than in the morning.
On my weigh in day, I always weigh myself first thing in the morning in the nude and keep a record and then again fully clothed before I go to my class. It can be as much as 5lb difference.
Yes, they certainly do. Mine varies by about 4-5 lbs depending on what Ive eaten during the day
bednobs, I dont think it matters the weight of the food, its the calories that count
i,.e if you eat a pound of sugar, I dont think you would just put on a pound but if you ate a pound of fruit and veg you would hardly put on anything
