Outlook Express Problem

Hi Guys, I seem to have encountered a problem which I haven't had previously. I am receiving emails containing a red cross in a white box which, try as I may, cannot open. They are not in an attachment and it is mostly mail from one particular colleague. He tells me that as he lives in Spain he only has a very slow internet connection and that maybe the reason.....but...other people he sends the same email to have not complained. So do you guys have any suggestions of checks I should make please? You usually solve my problems very professionally. Many thanks.....Tel

I have only just noticed this problem. I had the same problem but my friends
young son cleared it in no time he just asked google and all the info he needed to clear itcame up.
