Royal Mail on Sundays.

Do the Royal Mail deliver standard post on a Sunday? I thought that they only delivered/collected mail on Monday-Saturday.

I think you will find that they will colect post from certain post boxes on a Sunday, but not deliver any post on a Sunday

At busy times like Xmas they deliver when they can and they have extra postmen working all hours. Generally though they don't deliver on Sunday.

they collect from post boxes situated outside postoffices on a sunday, not that there are many left these days!
