hi how are you,

this it to anyone that knows anything about the law!

last year i was wrongly disqualified from driving and i 'm looking to claim compensation, the reason for this is, that i had an operation on my leg (cruciate ligaments) and needed the car to get out of isolation so to speak since the disqualification i have had to walk distances, and with all the strain of walking hills my replacement ligament (hamstring) has torn, and now i need both my legs operated on,
so my life is fairly ruined
how much would i get, and the chance of winning

Like I said in your thread a while back...why don't you change your car? Despite what many men think...they generally are not considered impressive or a status symbol.

i'm not sure if they have, the law over here still differs from that over in the uk

at this point in time, i keep the car because it means a lot to me, and i'v spent a lot on it,. its a bmw m-power

How old are you? Is it really worth it? You need an operation because of that car...

i'm 23, the car didnt do anything to my leg, the fact i was forced to walk to not be in isolation did no phone reception nothing, long walk to be in society, it wont affect my insurance company, they wont let it, since i was insured

Seeing as you've consulted a solicitor, why not ask him? He'll know far more than anyone on here.

was it missing a wheel or something then??? Why on earth would the police stop you this regularly if you were not doing anything wrong???

i very much doubt you will get a penny...lots of people with ill health walk

true, but the ill health i am talking about is that i was not meant to be walking, well i have to pay my solicitor anyway for the appeal i'm putting through, well it worth a shot, my 1st choice carreers are gone so now i'v to make a new start
