My gran in a bad place?

Don't really know what to do. A friend of a friend swears blind she saw my gran coming out of the local gum clinic. I thought she was joking but she described her to a tea and told me what she was wearing and what her car was like parked outside.

My gran is a single and i don't think she is with anyone. Well, she hasn't said so. I am so shocked if she was in there and disgusted to be honest.

I really don't think it was a lie. So what should i do?
a) tell my gran my friend saw her in there?
b) don't say anything cause it's none of my business?
c) tell my mother?
d) ring the gum clinic pretending to be my gran and ask if my results are back?

My friend's friend has no reason to lie, thanks.

Genito-Urinany Medicine ? Well it sounded like a dental practice to me. Couldn't work out what the fuss was about, simply because gran's dentures weren't fitting her gums properly.

Actually I'm still unsure what the fuss is about. Gran's business isn't it ? (b) sounds good to me until she takes you into her confidence, if ever.

Oh for heaven's sake tamborine do I have to explain it in words of one syllable. No. I had it after my husband died and couldn't get rid of it. Nothing at all to do with my husband or his death.
