cat collar for rabbit
6 Answers
I have an indoor rabbit, I giant breed will get bigger than a cat, its a flemish giant. because he is so big already even though he is young, I have to let him out of his large cage to run round but he is under my feet constantly and follows me round, i stood on his foot the other day because he was behind me and I didn't know. I need a collar with a bell like a cat collar.
I don't know anything about collars I was hoping to ask people that might know. it needs a bell but what sizes and types should I look at surely I don't want a flee one as this might react badly with the rabbits skin or something, but aren't all collars flee resistant.

Why not see if you can find out if there is a rabbit society in your area and ask advice. If there isn't one you could email any rabbit club. Sounds as though your rabbit has a good home!
I don't see a problem with putting one of those soft kitten collars on a bunny....it's not like it will be climbing trees and getting strung up by it! As for the bell, just one you can hear would be good....lol Then just remove the collar when s/he goes in it's cage.
Would love to have a house bunny but the Great Danes may have something to say about it....that said they're great with the cats and we did used to be owned by a bunny that even scared me!!!!

I've bought collars from here before - they are really adjustable and come in different sizes - they aren't elasticated, they have a safety fastening which will release if it gets caught on anything.
