Just checked out that site you refer to tiggerblue10. Tried their free assessment. It seemed unduly harsh to me. It suggests I eat almost 300 calories fewer a day than I did last time I lost weight; and that was difficult enough. And it reckons it'd take a year :-(
Old_Geezer, if you increase your activity on the site it will give you an increase in calories - I think. Unless I mis-read it. I'm going to give it a try for a week or two and see how I get on. If not I will go back to the SW plan - I know that works if you keep to it and write everything down.
I ought to get more exercise, but with aching legs and constant feeling of tiredness (I awake too early) I can't see that changing much. Besides one needs to do a lot of exercise to burn off a few calories.

Anyone know any decent monitoring software for the PC ? I was thinking more to do with recording calorie intake, than expenditure. Might save all this writing down.
